Procedure

  1. Dry blend the ingredients part 1 together and heat at 60°C for 5 – 10 minutes
  2. Dry blend the ingredients part 2 together and add into mixing from part 1
  3. Heat until achieve 75 - 80°c Brix for total solid
  4. Make sour taste by adding 50% acid solution
  5. Add color and flavour
